While Natalie has been eating finger foods for some time, she is still learning how to eat with utensils. Today, she made some significant, but messy progress in eating with silverware. At first, Mom needed to guide Natalie's hand - scooping up the pasta was probably the most difficult part. However, Natalie was soon able to pick up the pasta fairly well. As you can see in these photos, getting the pasta from the spoon to her mouth was also quite tricky. Ultimately, the pasta almost always went into her mouth, but the sauce was another matter. Natalie was cheered on every step of the way by Mom and Dad. In the end, she was able to feed herself fairly quickly if not 100% accurately. We're very proud of all of Natalie's progress.
